    See....here's a car that I would likely buy in a heartbeat if it was anywhere CLOSE to me. The deals always have to be way far away.

    I agree Andy. The only good FORD 3.8's are the 99 and up IMO.

    For $650...if it's in good shape...an engine swap would not be a problem.

    Yeah Mike, but for a 302. If I was to do a motor swap, it would be all or nothing. Go BIG or go home.

    I drove my 86 V6 from 2001-99. I'll admit the V6 is a niosy motor but I never had one single problem nor ever had to replace anything.

    Mustang buckets, t-bird console, oil changes, tires and brake pads were the only thing I ever did to it.

    Which Ford 3.8's do you like, Kev? They made some bad ones. In the used car biz we would avoid them in favor of the 3.0.
