    Me either. I like it, all *except* for under the hood where someone got a little over-zealous with the airbrush. Airbrush fades do NOT go where they used them.

    The "protruding tail lights" remind me of 65 Impala lights. Is this the child of an Opel and an Impala? Opala?

    That is a pretty cool looking car. Doesn't look like there is room for a V8 in that engine bay. Rear mounted turbo it is.

    The style of them bumpers looks like it could pass as a 72 chevy

    I think so too. Was it really cheaper for GM to design and build the Chevette from scratch than modify this lovely design for the US ?

    I don't think the Chevette came from this platform. It looks a bit larger than that to me. I'm thinking this is about one size up from the Chevette.
