1964 Olds 88 Fiesta Wagon

Interior doesn't look bad, good condition, but not quit right. No reserve

 

Sold on 4/19/21 for $9,900 .
I think i would have bid $9988 just for fun since its an 88.

any old's guys on here. Seats don't look right. a bit too orange, plus not sure if vinyl or cloth options.

 

Well not a real old guy. But you are right about the seats. I think wrong color and grain.

 

Nice longroof! You guys are right those seats don't look "stock"! Being a 88 I would presume a two tone application to complement the rest of the interior. Still sweet though!....Longroofs Rule!

Too young to remember President Eisenhower, but old enough to remember Lancealot Link secret chimp cartoons (1970) on Saturday morning. Born the same year as my Colony Park Avitar. Man your new interior is stunning. Great job on selection, and install.

 

Thanks Mark. That brought back some great memories. That was actually a very funny series. I remember one episode where they were driving a teal colored ‘70 Squire. Funny show!

Actually the rear seats are original (the front is also in the pic.) I did replace the front cover last August (can't figure the pic thing out, resizing them) looks exceptional! I have done a lot to the interior in the last year , would like to share the story with pictures!....Longroofs Rule!

 

Actually, that vinyl upholstery pattern might not be far off. Here's a page from the '64 Olds station wagon brochure, showing a small image of the second seat, in a different color. Looks VERY similar in pattern.
