I think he's trying to justify it's existence with a reference to a similarly shaped Chevy.
But ya there are aftermarket big block k-members for fox-bodies.

and ya you can also put a chevy engine in there too, so maybe that's to what the reference alludes.

He's a little high on price. Not a bad car, but I don't think its worth that kind of coin. Sounds like he's trying to get all his money back out of it. I've looked at running wagons for less.

    And DEAD HEADS!

Actually most Model A Fords, 32 Fords right up thru the 50's Fords appeared to come stock with a Chevy V-8 engine and running gear. I've had a few myself.

    Yes
Yes sir, or madame. Except now its in a different garage over 1000 miles away, where it originally came from.
That wagon is called a 210 Handyman wagon. For years this wagon was parked only miles from our other home next to a plumber's office. When I bought it one cold winter afternoon some ten miles north it still had pipe elbows and fittings under the rear seat and in the spare tire space. I'd say it was handy for a plumber most of it's working life.

The yellow 1941 Ford is a Chevy in discuise. It has a GM 350/350 auto, Camaro rear, and S-10 wheels. The way real Fords should be built!
We had just rewelded the hood seam and primered it black.
In the garage were the three grille parts in chrome. I hated this car when I saw it. But hated our pink '49 Ford even more so traded even.

    Sidame?
Mine had those too. But, they weren't for water. They were for plumbing our adolesent minds to some smoke, Sir. The plumbing just happened to find its way into the vehicle's furniture.

We're both "Old Stuff" ourselves, Sir. Aren't you frightened at the thought of what they might have in store for us?

Not me as long as I can take a few of my old cars with me to cruise those molten hot streets.
That's where an old race car will come in handy.
