This one seems to be nicely done. Most of the Cadillac wagon conversions for the '71 - '76 period used the prior generation wagon parts, not the correct clamshell type wagon parts, which would have been much more costly (labor-wise) to convert. This one has the correct clamshell wagon tailgate.

Auction is only estimating a $5,000 - $10,000 price, so this may be a good deal.

That is a caddie wagon I would be tempted by, even has the correct 71 only vented tailgate.

Love this wagon, but looking at the detailed pics I was surprised by how rough some of the little things look. The door color seems mismatched, the interior door felt is heavily frayed, the rear bumper ding, the vinyl top trim at the C pillar, and so on. It's not a knock on the car but I think the auction estimate is pretty fair despite it being pretty wide too.

That car does have 100,000 miles on it, back then that was the life expectancy of a good car, so the rough edges don't surprise me. It does look like the passenger side doors have at least been repainted if not replaced.
And the lantern on top makes me think this car was used at a funeral home, not as a hearse but more likely a Limo. If someone gets it for around $5000 I think it will be well bought. But it will not be a cheap restoration!!!
