    Car has almost 140,000 miles on it,,
    Car will not pass safety inspection 'cus

    So seller wants top dollar.......

    The mirror issue appears to be that the inside rearview mirror needs to be re-glued to the windshield. Laziest car dealer ever.

    This always galls me when I see a car for sale with this problem. Some rubbing alcohol, steel wool, superglue, and 5 minutes of your time and it's fixed. People are stupid and lazy.
