Not too far from me! Sold my Caddy and can buy this, but need the $ for something else! Interesting car... no power windows! It does have the tilt wheel option however. If its always been a local Tennessee car (and it appears to be), its also probably rust free. We don't get rust on these cars around here that are local. Appears to be. http://tricities.craigslist.org/cto/3618210580.html
Looks like a real nice car, may be priced just a little high for a 305 car but the clean body makes up for that any day. The tilt wheel was standard equipment BTW. Here's a list of all the standard equipment, that car does look like it may be a base model because it doesn't appear to have any other options? If I had the room and the $$, I would be all over this. It would be nice to have all 3 versions of the 91-96 GM wagons....
I was thinking that too and probably extremely well maintained. Oh ok. The wagon must have been different from the sedan or the 91 different from the 1992, because in my 1991 Caprice sedan sales brochure, it says that tilt wheel is optional in the base model 1991 Caprice sedan (available in an option package group or individual option). Maybe the wagons had a little different options lineup or maybe it changed for '92? Me too! I have $2500 in my account, but $1700 of that goes to paying income tax. Bleh. lol.
Hmm... I actually have seen this car pictured below at one of our local cruise-ins the past 2 weekends and just noticed it is posted on our local Craigslist. From looking at the scenery in the back, it is obviously the same wagon that I posted here originally and he had added these wheels. The original listing is gone. Wasn't the price $2500 before? These pics have to be at least a couple of weeks old, because our grass is super green now and lots of leaves on the trees. http://tricities.craigslist.org/cto/3704349495.html
I like the red wheels with the cops and rings. It sets the car off from those awful full wheel covers these had stock.
Well I didn't get a pic (didn't have my phone with me), but the wheels on this car has changed again! I seen it at the cruise again tonight and now it has wheels like came from the factory on a early 70s Camaro Z28. Looks much better I think. Maybe next week I can get a new pic. I think the car is still for sale? I think I seen a FS sign. I know that the early 90s Roadmaster Estate (with fender skirts, yes fender skirts) that was there had a FS sign in it.
