Hey Krash, those first pics aren't mine. I told the salesman you couldn't get anybody to send you pictures so I'm assuming he sent them. I did e-mail mine to you.

What NADA book did you use to get this price of $8387?????
Well...anyway...I'll do my talking after we look at the car, but, they have a built in couple of thousand right up front for a sucker with a trade in. More later if you like it, KK.

    Here's AZBLACKHEMI'S write-up:
Marshall, Here’s the scoop. Overall a real nice wagon. Not perfect but nice. The $10G asking price not very realistic considering they probably paid little for it. Body is good but it does have a dent on the bottom of right rear quarter just behind the spare tire well. One of the pictures shows this. Left rear door has a 3 inch scrape and small indentation with the wood grain vinyl torn, see picture. Both rear wheel opening moldings have some medium dents in them. Paint is in good shape but does have a couple of “Milkey” spots that indicate impending delamination or clearcoat peeling. The vinyl is in good shape all over other than the previously mentioned Left rear door. Interior is nice with just a little dark staining on the middle of drivers seat back and seat belt. Not sure if it will clean off it as it has already been detailed pretty well. Under the hood looks clean and original. Sure would’ve been nice to get this car before the Dealer got his claws on it. Probably could’ve been had reasonable. The 53000 showing seems to be actual miles judging by the condition. My guess is on E-Bay this car would bring between 5-7 thousand give or take. Here’s some pictures. I talked to a salesman named ************ and he said he’d be glad to answer any questions you had. His cell # is xxx-xxx-xxxx. If you need anything else just ask.

And those first pics, as 'Hemi stated, were sent from the internet manager - FINALLY!

    Here's some of Hemi's pics:

Not a bad looking wagon, KK. Not perfect but not bad either. What it needs is someone like yourself to bring it up to the next bar, or two or three. No rust, not dicked with, low miles, nice colors, probably a 6k or 6.5k car IMHO.

OK - bringing this one back from the dead......

Since I had actually talked to the dealer on this one, and got some more pics from them, they also had my phone#. (Azblackhemi (Chris) also dropped by and looked at the wagon for me...)

Got a call from their internet sales guy yesterday, wanting to know if i would be interested in 'anything else'. Happened to mention that they had to send this Colony Park back to the auction due to frame damage - ?

I always thought it was 'buyer beware' at dealer auctions, but I guess if something isn't disclosed there's an 'out'.

Well...if it's true....he's the dumbest salesman in history. If you know a car is frame damaged it has to be disclosed. Maybe he WILL disclose it at the auction. My question is....would they have disclosed it to YOU if you had bought it?

Well I'm not sure if the "Frame Damage" is just another dealership lie or not but that car did not seem to have any signs of previous accident damage. While I didn't get underneath it to inspect the frame I did check for signs of any repainted areas. I saw none. It's possible I might have missed something but unlikley since I've been doing paint and bodywork for a living since 1972. One possibility I guess is on the right rear where the spare tire well was damaged it may have high centered on something on the frame as well. I did look at the front frame horns from above and they were fine so I'm a little skepitcal of their story.
