This reminds me of those Ancient Alien Shows lately. Early Ancient Alien Antique Auto Scientists say............... HUH?
In studying drawings on the basement walls of the Great Pyrimids station wagons date back 100,001 years on Mars. Still that's out of this world and doesn't count.

When looking at those old vehicles and comparing different brands from different countries I begin to wonder "who copied who".
