    Hi Guys,
I have to replace the cables on my drivers split bench seat in my '86 Parisienne ( This year the switches are on the seat not the door). I removed the four bolts ( front & back)holding the seat/track to the floor. The front came off of the two bolts, but I can't get the rear of the seat off of the floor. Am I missing something?
    Please help.
    thanks, Wayne

He was looking for a power seat track so I'd assume he got the seat loose, but who knows?

I want to say there are 4 bolts in the back per side... (passenger side and driver side). And being a power seat there is a ground wire that is held to the floor pan by one of the bolts.

I have a split bench, with power on the driver's side only......
I don't see any bolts through the floor pan, so I would guess there are threaded studs for the seat bracket locations. Are your seat belts out of the way? The thick end, with the plastic surround, could impede the seat removal. (Talking about the female end of the driver's seat belt - to RT of driver.)

Anybody have a body service manual?
