I had inquired at a local garage/junkyard about pulling off an inner door panel on a 95 BREW that was sitting there that i thought was a junk car and was told by the grage owner that it was a customers car. but he may be aquireing it due to it being a spare car to the owner and it having a bad tranny, so i left my #. got a call tonite from the cars owner asking me if i was still interested, and offered it to me for $500. i said it will have to wait till after christmas. but im still interested.

so the question...should i or not?

what i know about the car.

its a 1995 BREW with a bad tranny....it will move under its own power.
it has a newer engine in it...40k on the LT1 under the hood.
the rest of the mechanicals are in decent shape.
    it does have some rust.

so what would you do? when i had the rear end work done on mine i was told i WILL eventually need a rear axle. so i was thinking pull off what i need and sell the rest i.e ebay(y)
    or
find a tranny and have 2 running wagons!:dancing:

sounds like a decent deal. I've always liked the LT1 powered barges
