The "Golden Dolphin" as designed by Ricciotti Tonon in 1956. A gas turbine-powered bus capable of cruising at 125 mph. Thought for "Internetional tourism and fast connections".
A 125 mph bus........with virtually NO crash protection, with NO tinted glass, most probably with NO air conditioning. I'll take Greyhound, thank you.
This should've been a post in the "Vintage Bus Pics" thread. http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/threads/vintage-bus-pictures.12444/
Ah...that's right. I knew there was somewhere here for bus pics but I couldn't for the life of me remember where it was.
We don't need no stinkin crash protection and the sun shining in the windows is not only healthy, it feels good. What an amazing view . Thank God and Greyhound you're gone!
