Hey guys I just picked up a 1957 ford country sedan. This is my first wagon! Picked her up for $1100 car had way more than I ever expected. Every nob, gauge, interior panel, wasn’t missing a thing. Couple rust spots, was told the motor was locked up. Got her home was cleaning out the 20-30 years of rat crap etc and my buddy puts bar on motor and it turns over a bit. Fast forward a couple time up parts and oil and new tires and we were doing 80 down the highway haha so now we have a cool old cruiser with flower mats cover holes in floor pans till we get the new motor built for swap. Anyways I look forward to sharing the restoration. And hope to learn ALOT form you guys. And if your ever in south east idaho and want to stop by and help wrench. The beers on me.
Congratulations on your new wagon. Will be a fun project. Keep us posted and we love pictures! Have fun with her!
Welcome aboard Idaho57. That was a great find and looks like a great project. I love 57 Fords, so I am looking forward to seeing how things progress on this. Keep us posted!
