So far, so good, but this sounds like a user-friendly solution to prostrate cancer and lumps. The name Hi-FU tells me the geek who invented has a raw sense of humor, but it sure cuts to the chase, without cutting you up. http://www.cbc.ca/health/story/2009/08/03/health-hifu-prostatecancer.html
what I don't know is... My hubby had to have the surgery just because his prostate was so enlarged he couldn't urinate. His doctor says "It's not that uncommon." This was all before I met him but he was so young! In his late 40's. I haven't researched it that much just talked to his doctor about it and now his tests are real low and cancer was never really mentioned. But I still find myself trying to read things like you found anyway. Can't be too careful. Hubby is 62 now and going strong. Bless me!
So am I. Here it costs $20,000. I'm always interested in health solutions, but I prefer prevention more.
Prevention Agreed. Richard takes supplements that have been found to lower the PSA (is that the right acronym??? anyway...) and they worked for him. Could prostate problems be genetic? I know they are widespread. Yeah, I haven't read up as much as hubby has but like I said by the time we met and married he had been over his "episode" and using the preventative measures for 7-8 years.
