Just picked up a really decent 66 Nova wagon for a cruiser. Been looking for a long time and found it less than 15 min from my house!!! My grandfather always had Nova wagons when I was growing up and I always wanted one…but hard to find in decent shape!! I also have a 67 Nova HT that I race as Stock Eliminator in NHRA which is a blast, but really looking forward to cruising around in the wagon…Good Times

    :Welcome:aboard!
Nova wagons are cool cars, but like you said, hard to find in decent condition. They're known rust buckets. I like the '66-'67 body style...and of course the '62-'65 Chevy II body style as well.
They do make great race cars, coupes and wagons alike.

Post some pics of your new ride..we love pics here. :camera:

    Welcome to the site.

Although I've always been an Impala man, I sure like those Nova's. I always wanted a '66 or '67 SS with a Factory 327, 4-Speed.

Of course, a Wagon with that combo would also be pretty cool.

    Keep us posted on it.

    Bill

Like BillT, I too am an Impala (but especially a Caprice) guy. I remember as a kid our neighbors across the street had a brown '74 Nova 4-door. Some 40 years later (and 3,000 miles away), my neighbor today has a '74 Nova 4-door in yellow...with 26K original miles on it!

Do post some pics, as earlier requested...we love pics! :camera::banana:

Thanks everyone for the warm welcomes. Looking forward to some great conversations and hope to learn a few things about wagons!!!:2_thumbs_up_-_anima
Now I know this is a Wagon only forum, but I wanted to share my other Nova which is a NHRA Stocker. 327/275hp 4 speed car. Set the National Record for its class back in 07-09.
    Thanks Again........Don
