Hey everyone, I have recently decided to park the 64 Wagon and start doing the restroration the correct way.

I need to replace alot of metal on the rear of the car pretty much from the back doors on back on both sides. I could probably patch some of it but figured it would be less body work if I got the biggest panel possible and replace it all.
I dont see any replacement panels or body parts on any websites for the wagon. I see the panels for 2 and 4 doors but not for wagons.
My question is does anyone know if those panels for the 2 and 4 doors will work on the wagons.
I know the gas door isnt in the right place but figured I could just weld that hole up and use the wagons stock spot for the gas door.
The shape looks the same to me but I would hate to buy one and it not be right.

    Any help would be great
    thanks
    Bernie

Where exactly is the rust on the quarter panels" If it's only in the dogleg area ahead of the wheel opening, any 4-door quarter panel will work to section in that area - no need to cut off your full quarter panel if only the dogleg is messed up. If you have rust problems on the bottom to the rear of the wheel opening, a good body man should be able to make patch panels from left over sheet metal at the body shop. If you need the full panel, you'll need to get a wagon quarter panel - nothing else will fit. (And will have to be a '64 panel - they are unique.)

Thanks for the info and thanks for the sites. I was hoping to knock out the whole panel but its cool Ill just use smaller panels for the rust areas that I can buy and have the other areas fabbed up
    Thanks again
