My '72 Squire tailgate window pooped out (in the down position of course). I'm suspecting the motor went kaput, but will know for sure in a couple of days. In the meantime, can anyone point me to a good source for one these power window motors?
Your local Auto-electric shops can fix it for you. I'm guessing but those tailgates were pretty similar from 1970 to 1975/6/7. The other thing is that Ford was pretty standardized across models on powered tailgate motors. Mercury, Torino, etc. Sort of opens up the options at the junkyards?
