I just became a proud station wagon owner today. I picked up a 1972 Chevelle Concours that needs a little attention, but runs and drives beautifully. I'm looking forward to picking a few brains during my journey in restoring her to her former glory.
Welcome! Chevelle wagons look pretty sweet. Reminds me a little bit of my Vista. Enjoy the car and hopefully the forum will help you on your journey!
No pictures yet, possibly this evening though. She needs some body work, but I've already picked up the needed fender and door. It's going to be a lot of work, but I can't wait to get started.
Welcome and good luck with your wagon project. Also good luck picking our brains. As for mine it won't take long. It's pretty well been picked clean.
Buys a station wagon. FIRST thing he does is join SWF. There's a man who has his priorities straight. Welcome to the forum, Dan! Marshall
Welcome to the nuthouse we call Home. I think you will fit in perfectly around here. When you get a chance, take a look at this thread: http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13930 It covers the entire rebuild of a 1970 Chevelle Concours, and you may find it interesting as well as answering questions before you even know what they are!
Now that is how you say hello...thanks. to SWF hope you enjoy the forums. Really looking forward to seeing you new baby, a cousin to my Beaumont.
