Peytons....mmmm....Chevelle. Glad you found us...can we have a little looky at your wagon? I have a Canadian cousin to your Greenbrier. She's all in pieces right now but some day soon...:icon_drive:
?????? ===================== Explain the fuel tank situation.........was this a drag car with fuel cell inside the car or ???? Shouldn't be hard to find a tank, not sure how pricey though. And as stated above, PICS PLEASE!
peytons. Have a good time looking around here and finding the information you need. I'd be checking recycling yards for a guel tank. I guess we could call this peytons place.
thanks for all the responce,Im building this wagon to save it my young sons are helping me that makes it a great build
Working with your kids on a vehicle is the greatest reward ever. My first kids were never interested in cars. The last has been working with me since he could walk. He's 24 now and does most of the work on my cars and truck. We have some great memories together. From your pictures your wagon is looking nice.
Welcome aboard! Gas tanks for your vehicle seem pretty available - here's one I found on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/70-72-Cheve...nding-unit-straps-w-eec-3-vents-/350569088530 What else do you have planned for your wagon?
That is a heck of a good buy on that stainless fuel tank. Most sending units are over $25 and up. And stainless straps might go over $50 if even available.
the tank is for a wagon that fits in the back wheel well or quarter panel that tank is inbetween the wheel well, but thanks for looking
