Hello! My first 1955-57 Chevy cars were wagons, before anyone cared about them...Still interestedalways looking for the rarer parts for, and models of them, and seriously looking for any 1956-57 Chev 9-passenger wagon stuff (since I am always watching for the next one to work on, and they are always missing these seat parts!)... Also like the 1949-54 Chevy and Pont. wagons, and have reproduced some parts no one else is doing, for the interior. ~1960-63 falcon wagons a lot, too and recently found the rarest Comet a ~1962 Villager "woodie" (like the falcon Squire). A MT "field find" - So had to work a deal on that (might never see another!). ~Am looking for a 1957 Pontiac transcontinental to restore...no hurry there, though. I know where there are sevasrl that are not good candidates, but missed a great, complete one last year - so they are still out there, passing on the rust buckets! That's it - unlike some I am not going to give a "bio"...this is about wagons, right? Thanks.
Welcome 1957 and you couldn't have arrived at a better time. We just had a new member sign up who recently purchased a '63 Comet wagon. On the thread, we had a discussion as to whether or not they made Comet Squires before '64 and it was generally agreed they did not because none of us had ever seen one. It's so funny that the exact same day of that unconfirmed conclusion, you come on with first hand knowledge. Post some pictures; we LOVE pictures and again, welcome. I think you're going to like it here.
Welcome, Transcon.... What's the word.....serendipity? Please post up pics of your Comet...(Should be called a 'Villager', no?) Marshall
