Hello, My name is Donny Pruntel, I'm from The Netherlands.(Doesburg) I drive a '76 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham and a '71 Chevrolet caprice Kingswood Estate! I'm 31 years old and i'm a mechanic. These are some pics of the wagon: It's a '71 chevy wagon, with power windows, airco, and a fully powered clamshell (i just restored it last week) The clamshell works fine now but needs just a litlle bit of "fine-tuning" I've got the working clamshell on you tube: Greetz Donny
Hey Donny... welcome aboard...bunch of nice and dedicated people here on the board. Your tailgate came a long way since I've seen it last summer
Donny! It seems to me we have an exceptional high amount of clamshell owners from The Netherlands! Seems to work great, I always had to help mine a bit....
Welcome Donny! Great looking wagon. That second photo doesn't show one European vehicle. Does anybody drive a European model in the Netherlands?
Thanks for the warm welcom! @ Sarge, yes indeed, it's a nightmare, the are 2 inspection hol's on the underside of the car(they are 10' x 8') so thats to small for my big hands @ Stormin norman, that picture was taken on a meeting for old (usa)cars. But there a lot of Usa cars in my neighbourhood anyway! I quess we like them better than the tiny european cars @ Senri, the clamshell is fully restored(and i did put a lot of grease in it) @ 75RivGS, it sure did, lots of work but a very nice result! Donny
