On mij 1975 Chevrolet Chevelle station the front bench seat was a little worn out after 48 years.
As it will be my daily driver, I don,t want springs poking up mij *ss.
A frend scraped a Volvo V70, so I got the Black leater seats just for saying thanks .
The seats are a bit lower than the bench, bench has just 4 bolds .
So I made a frame out of 40x40 mm tube , bolted the seats on the frame and use the original mounting points.
Big plus The passenger front seat fold al the way forward .
I have to transport 10 ft steel tubing lots of times, That wil s1.JPG s2.JPG s3.JPG fit easy now

No, Don,t want to spend on that. Just keep it in good running condition, and have fun with it as a daily driver. I am just thinking about a cheap Ebay GT 45 turbo setup. But that will hurt the gas millage , I run the car on propane that is about 1/3 of the price of petrol. I get around 13 mpg on propane ,

That's not bad for a Chevelle on propane, especially if it's any V8 under the hood.
