The drivers side cornering light bulb seems to be burned out on my 92 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon. When I looked at the unit to replace the bulb, getting to it is tricky. I can see one small phillips head screw that looks to be holding the unit in place, if there are other screws or bolts I cannot see them. Can any Roadmaster owners help?

Andielee, go ahead and search on YouTube to see if there's someone who has posted a video of replacing the bulb. Mostly, however, GM sockets are like everyone else's; find it on the back side of the housing, turn it to unlock it, and it should pop out so you can replace it. You'll likely find it when laying on the ground, reaching up from the bottom.

The lamp housing is held in by that one phillips screw on the top and a tang on the back of the housing that fits into a slot behind it. Remove the screw and pull the housing straight forward to get to the sidemarker and cornering lamp bulb sockets.

You may have to wiggle it a little, or pull the top out a little, to get the lower locating pin to pass the headlight bracket. They can be broken, so be a little bit careful with it. I have some if you break it.
