Hi everybody! California native currently living in North Carolina with my wife and a stack of old Buicks. I've owned several wagons in the past, including a 1970 Buick Estate Wagon, (brown with wood grain) and a 1969 Buick Sportwagon 400 (gold with wood). Now, besides my GS', I drive a 1987 Buick (you'll notice a trend here) Electra Estate and another 1970 Estate Wagon. My wife puts up with a lot, but she does want an Opel Kadett wagon someday. My current 70 had only 38k on it when purchased four years ago and I've doubled that number since. I'm looking forward to trading stories with fellow long roof fans.

Welcome Stagetwo:Handshake: I've had a few old cars and even some Buicks. But can't say I've ever stacked any of them. But from what I remember about NC stacking may be the only way on those hill sides.
Feel free to tell all the stories you'd like. Try to make most of them true and clean. :)

    Welcome aboard!
Looks like you're a diehard Buick fan...;) ...obviously..(y) Nothing wrong with that...I like Buicks. ..GS', GN's, Sportwagons, etc.
I remember driving an Opel Kadett wagon back in the day. I liked that little wagon. It was peppy and fun to drive. I imagine there's not many survivors out there.

    Jack

Thanks all for the warm welcome. Being a Buick freak and a wagon fan does make things interesting. I try, in vain, to keep my Buick madness to only 1970 but fail often (I can see my wife shaking her head). She tolerates the fleet of GSs I have, but she does love the Estate. Now we just need to get her an Opel.
