    The ones in California will be cheap because smogging an older car from the '80s out there isn't any fun. This one looks like it's a bit used up. He should have fixed the brank line...

    Even after the rust is repaired/replaced, some of the trim pcs. would have to be replaced and they are to find. Brake lines replaced, seats recovered, and safe to assume that's only the beginning - car is probably to far gone to fix - better to sell it off in parts
