Not a wagon, but since its a woody, I thought I would post his ad from Craigslist in Baltimore. The Town and County style woody paneling was a super rare option on Chrysler Newport convertibles in 68 and 69 only. The 69 is more rare than the 68 (I know a guy who owns a 68). One of these would be a great companion to a Town and Country wagon of the same vintage. http://baltimore.craigslist.org/cto/1968472948.html 1969 Chrysler Woody Convertible call 301-845-4526 $4900.00
That is rare, and cool. I think a long time back some one posted a 2 door hard top like this. I'm not a red fan, but red and wood together look dam good.
Like 41 years ago, today the sportsgrain cars are a hard car to sell.It take the right person to buy this car. Despite poor sales,Chrysler did make another attempt slapping on mactac on convertibles in the 80's on the front drive Lebarons. Hey,Chris!!! Guess who????? LOL BoaB.
I think $4900 isn't a bad price for a car that rare. No details on it, though, like if it runs or not.
