Nice. The sedan delivery is a rare bird these days. We did my father-in-law's 63 Ranchero a few years back and he got a wild hair and started looking for a 63 delivery. Not many left out there. Good luck with your project and keep us posted on your progress.
Where is the Cedar paneling going to be? If you use it on the inside it will smell like a newly sharpened pencil and keep the moths away, good deal.
A 351 shoehorned in between those shock towers would be something to see. I think most pros would try to talk you in to a 302.
