1979 Plymouth Volare (2400 miles)

    That's still a low bid, just now. That would be a repair garage's worst nightmare, just like a toothless person would be for a dentist. Both proprietors would go bankrupt, given that this Volare would never need major repairs, if maintained to the book and never driven on salty roads.
    Looking at an undercarriage photograph, I couldn't find transverse torsion bars, unless he meant that stabilisor bar pictured. Longitudinal ones are still there, though

    Interesting hundreds of pictures and not one of the sagging headliner. Even at 2,400 miles it let loose. Not sure why the grill has damage, and there are blemishes. I guess even careful handling still has mishaps. It’s a stunning example of that car. Can’t imagine there were a ton of these going into the 21st century.
