This is a very good looking car, but I’m not sure it’s $9500 good. The rust issues on the trunk lid and the small dent in the roof detract a bit. But overall it is still very nice.

I find his comments interesting. He talks about having bought it only a month ago, driving it once, and now having to sell it because he was shocked, shocked I tell you (remember Captain Louis Renault) to discover that his cost to insure it is over $100 per month and the cost to store it is $80 per month.

He must be a young guy, and he must be insuring it for collision as well as comprehensive. For a car this old, people often just insure for comprehensive, and if they insure for collision, they do so with a high deductible to keep the premium down. He presumably could insure this as a collector car and save some money as well.

More importantly, though, is that both of these (insurance and storage) were costs he could have determined BEFORE buying the car. It seems to be a case of poor planning to buy this car and then discover that you can’t afford to insure it or store it.

For all of his 24 photos, he doesn't have a good one of the rear of the car. He shows us inside the trunk, but not the full back end.

He shows the right taillight, but not the left, so, I'd have to assume some level of damage, starting with the filler insert cracked or missing.

I would think in Florida $80 a month, if it’s indoor storage is a bargain. He hasn’t been out too much.
