Seller is from NY. Has been repainted in period NY livery colors. Strangely optioned with power windows and cloth rear seats.

I agree it should have stayed in its NCHP colors IMO.
It is strangely optioned, must have been a Sgt's or LT's car.

My 71 Pontiac Police car was the local Chief's car and is also strangely optioned but no A/C or Pwr windows.

A Bro-Ham for a police car? That is weird. I agree, those NYS colors are hideous.

Hey its better condition than the NOPD car I've got... and the one for sale runs and drives!
Besides you can always repaint it and restore it... I would...

I've seen Chevies and Oldsmobiles, but no Buicks, let alone Caddies, as cop cars from GM.

No bids on the 1977 Plymouth - priced too high.

It's a nice car, but his starting bid is/was way too high (more than the car is worth IMO) and those ugly colors probably turned off a lot of prospective buyers.

Fer Chrissakes, that's from the TV show "Highway Patrol!" You can see Broderick Crawford is the driver!
