Plymouth even made a Road Runner with fancy decals on it in this era. Guarantee you'd be the only one at a show or around town with one.

Is it worth $9900? You'd have to *really* love Mopar products from the late '70s to spend that much, but with a car like this where would you find another to compare prices on? I haven't seen many of these cars for sale in the last 10-15 years.

Never heard of this 'Limited Edition'. Looks like some sort of aftermarket boondoggle kit.

Nope, this is an actual factory produced special edition of the Charger. It has a plug over the rear of the roof (expect rust here) a front header panel with different grille and no hood ornament. This one is rather plainjane optioned but could be had with fewer options or fully loaded, small engine or big engine. The price on this one is for that one person who just HAS to sit in that seat but will be passed over by everyone else. Also called the Charger LE but the ads usually referred to it as the Midnight Charger. Few color choices available but I only remember white and pale yellow paint.
