1977 Chevrolet Impala

For sale on Indianapolis craigslist. Low miles and looks sharp. Really like the carmine red interior.

I like the 1977 in Indianapolis much, much better. It is far better optioned with tilt, cruise, gauge package, AM/FM radio and rear defrost. The 1978 in California doesn't even have remote control mirrors or a clock, and from the pics I can't tell for certain if it has a/c. Not to mention the enormous price difference. A loaded and mint 1978 Caprice Estate with 25k miles might be able to command a price close to that, but not a bare bones Impala.

 

Only thing I like better about the 'Frisco wagon is the color. It's probably got A/C, but not much else.

 

Yeah, I like that bronze much better than the red too.

The bronze is definitely sharp. Too bad that wagon is not better equipped.

 

I expect ill-equipped, as soon as I hear the words 'Impala wagon' if it's a box-body style.
