1976 Pontiac Astre wagon

I spotted this car when I was working today, stopped and looked at it and talked to the owner, here are some pics and details.
1976, he removed the 4cyl and put either a 265 or 267 V8 in it with turbo 350, it runs good, he did a nice job installing it, has power steering, he didn't hook the factory A/C back up because there wasn't room under the hood with the V8 in it, has buckets, and floorshifter, interior is really nice, minus 1 small rip on the drivers seat. Hardly any rust at all, it does have a dent in the header panel.
It isn't a 100 point show car, but it is a pretty nice driver/ local small car show quality.
He is selling it due to health reasons, and is asking $4500, but I think a person can get it cheaper than that.
