    Wow, a slicktop! One of my teachers in high school in PA had one of these Calais in the exact same color and year, but it was a hardtop sedan.

    Oh the horror! a Caddy with vinyl! My teacher's was a knitted cloth (which was nice) that really looked like it belonged in a LeSabre or base Electra or such.

    I remember seeing a ‘66 Calais sedan at an auction in AZ that was more loaded up than a lot of contemporary DeVilles. I thought really? Same seeing a lot of 62’s with more options than DeVilles. Crazy. Oh well the power of factory orders. This guy obviously wanted “Caddy cachet” at Pontiac prices.
