That car at that price reminds me of the name of an Aerosmith song..."Dream On".:D

I dunno.... Tim the seller might not be too far out of line, depending on just how bad those 'few rust spots' are...

The '72 is the year to have if you want a Torino wagon, with the fish mouth grill. The 4V 351 Cleveland is the engine to have (unless you are searching high and low for a 429...very rare). It's a So Cal car. Seems well cared-for. Need some interior pics.

Wording of the ad leads me to believe he might be open to a bit of negotiation.... I can see it going for $7,500 - $8,200 or so, if the rust issues are minor.

Yeah, what he said.....It does seem like there's interest in these things and like KK said, this thing checks off all the right spots. I think I'd rather have a Cleveland than a 429 in a '72. As a Ford guy, I don't see the interest in these Torino wagons, but it's there.

I have some issues with the sellers text...
Has non original carb and intake...
Has non original Edelbrock Air Filter ..
    Has non original ignition ...
    Has air shocks ...
Has non original hood pins ..
Has Chrome Rims with Baby Moon Hubcaps ..
Has after market radio and speakers ..
ALL of the above tells me the car HAS been modified
and not with FACTORY parts .....

Now add in that needs interior and to have A/C completed tells me car
is lacking in quite a few ways that detract from asking price....

And figure in that it is a pretty base car....

In MY eyes not a 9000$ car .....
