    Here is a 71. Two seat. 402 engine and 112,000 miles. At a dealer. $10,900 http://topnotchvehicles.com/v-web/gallery/album34?page=1

Their description:This car was built at the Doraville, GA production plant and spent most of its life in the South. It is completely original and not rusty. It has only been driven 112,000 miles. It was equipped with the 300HP-402 Big Block and Turbo 400 automatic transmission. The rear axle is a heavy duty 10 bolt with 2.73 gearing. The rear suspension is leaf spring. It is nicely equipped with working Climatron Air Conditioning, soft -ray tinted glass, luggage rack, power rear window, working AM/FM radio, Glide-Away clam shell tailgate and folding rear seat. The brakes are power, with the fronts being disc. The steering is power. With newer radial tires, this car really rides and drives great. It is very original. The paint is original and has dulled. But it also shows that there have never been repairs. The chrome is original, as is the glass. All very nice. The interior is original and only shows minor split in the seat by the driver. This car has been cared for and is well preserved. It is very complete and not missing a thing. The Owners Manual is in the glove box. There is a jack and spare tire where they are suppose to be. The key locks the doors, actuated the rear window and drops the tail gate. Beneath the hood is also very original. Right down to the decals on the air cleaner. It still looks pretty nice. All features function properly. It starts with ease and goes right down the road. The radio plays and the A/C blows cold. This car is ready to be driven and enjoyed.

The 10 bolt wasn't the "Heavy Duty" rear in 71. The 12 bolt was. I have never seen a 71 big block car with a 10 bolt.

This wagon was at the Fall Jefferson swap meet....It is solid, but in my opinion, it needs a nice paint job and an engine detail to bring it around. Then you are up to almost a $15,000 wagon. The problem with some one thinking that these wagons are worth 10,900 unrestored is you can still find ones in better shape for less money.
