Well my dad decided to give me his 1979 Olds Cutlass Cruiser Wagon and we're going to be making that into a drag/street car. Shes in pretty rough shape at the moment but thats at the bottom of the list. Right now it has the orginal 260 but is going to be swapped with either a 350 sb or if he can get a good deal on it a 442

Just so you know there was no 442 engine. They would have had anything from a 307 in the 80's or a 350-455 in the 70's. Joe will probably come and correct me if I am wrong. Welcome to the forum. Let us know if you need any help and keep us informed of you progress. BTW we love pics.

Heres the only picture I have of it till I get a new camera, the 350 will most likely come out of the box van in the backround

Yea My dads had those for years too, they've been on every wagon we've had haha, The only bad rust spot is on the right rear quarter but thats always been there, this car also used to be a 260 diesel from factory before it was converted

Yup, and I just found out that my dads going to pick up a 1983 Chevy Impala Wagon, under a 100,000 miles with no wood grain, solid color. Saved it from the Demolition Derby
