We all know this, but every now and again it's great to hear someone else say it.

My wife had to use the 89 Crown Vic Wagon for work as her wagon is in the shop. She couldn't stop telling me what a joy it was to ride in, and how comfortable, especially compared to her 2001 MB wagon (pretty spartan and hard seats I think). "One-finger steering, and it turns around better than any car I've driven." Apparently it has been a while since she drove that car!

Yep. I just smiled. My work is done! :thumbs2:

Beauty. The cars provide the requirement, and the wife has to approve the expenditure. I know, :whip:. Well, she loves the old cars, and loves to "supervise" my projects. Darn if she doesn't always figure out how things come apart and go back together.
    I guess I'll keep her around!! :162:

Yup! Whenever my wife drives the caprice, she says something along those lines. Granted, I prefer my grand marquis, but the caprice is like driving a couch. So comfy :)

Oh yeah! We went from a Mercury Topaz to a '96 Caprice police sedan.
The spousal unit loves it, now that she's getting a feel for it.
She told me she had an empty parking lot and did a little "test" driving in the snow the other day. I think she wants to learn how to do donuts with it! :character0182:
