Sure KK, I will take one. Oh wait, you were not offering, shoot! I have always loved a Jag and being a wagon makes it all the better.
Sheesh. An '05 with almost 200,000 miles on it? I guess the guy loved to drive his wagon. I haven't seen many of these on the road; he must be right when he says it's super rare.
Hunh, my check of KBB shows it worth about $8k. Maybe its because they drove it even to go to bed. Jeebus 191k miles in 4/5 years. My 03 Cobra only has 47k on it.
WOW, even with high millage that is nice BUT even though I hate em I would have to find some after market "bling bling pimp my ride wheels" as those factory ones are F****** UGLY and take away from the look af a very nice car
Actually, the Jag X-Type is reputed to be kind of a dog. Ford owned Jaguar when it was engineered, and it's loosely based on the original Ford Contour (Euro version), with AWD added.
While I really like Jags, this one has a lot of miles and I think the present owner would rather recover whatever money he can out of it rather than sink money into it. Maintenance can really add up on these babies.
Both Volvo and Jag went way down hill when FORD got their hands on them. I noticed the difference in quality when working in the Oil/Lube and tire shop when Volvos came in for lubes or tires.
