    Notice that the tires aren't even radials, so that tells you that the car has probably been sitting sifor a very long time. He would probably trade the car for a shotgun or a good hunting dog.

    67 if he didn't remove the side marker lights. It looks like it's had some body work.

    Just look at the rust devouring that car. I don't know how easy that resto is going to be, and every day he delays it, the worse it gets. I wouldn't feel so bad if it was a Ford, LOL

    My wife's car - in progress - close but has been a four year project. She's starting to think it is going to be like her brother's and a friends of ours cars (her brother has an AAR Cuda tucked away since mid 70's and our friend has his Hemi 'Cuda he bought new sitting under boxes, newspapers, christmas stuff, all kinds of junk).

    I'm darned close on the Chevelle. We had the twin to it from '70 to '79, then some darned idiot sold it without telling his wife and has rue'd the day ever since :slap:. Oh sure, she let me forget it from time to time, but what's a day here and a day there in 30 years:rofl2:.

    A mere chewing!?!?!:evilsmile::biglaugh: That's like a lashing with a wet noodle!:rofl2:

    My 30 year old unibody Fairmont is a rust-free Mexican car. Andy's is a Rust-free North Dakota wagon. tbird's Cooga wagon is a SoCal dreamboat, also rust-free, and they're all Fords... So there Vid! Consider yourself on the naughty spot.:evilsmile:

    Too bad the owner doesn't get the lead out and repair the old girl.

    You'd be afraid to put it in the same shop with a good car in case it caused it to start to rust too!!!

    Hey, underneath it all, I am a fan of Fords. You'll get used to my sense of humor. Fords I have owned include a '66 Mustang, '69 Mercury Montego, '87 Mustang convertible, '03 Escape, and a couple of F150's. If I really had it in for Fords, that list would not exist. My pops had a '66 Falcon wagon and a Country Squier too.
