    Well, at least, he's honest about the rust. 30.000 miles are possible, if this was garaged in a salt mine. It looks like a peek at the undercarriage will be necessary, if he expects to get even near that twelve grand asked. The mat on the driver's side seat and the taped-up mirror isn't doing his photo session any favors, either. Those fender skirts and tastefull wheel covers are a plus, though:

    Eh, it's Ohio. Cars practically rusted on the showroom floor back then due to all the salt and moisture.

    I'm from Michigan. So, who here can preach to me over salt damage?
    It would depend on how it was garaged and if it was as salted as Norwegian dried cod, before going in. Taking it to the quarter car wash and blasting out the wheel wells is the way to go, before storage.
    The seller looks like a nice guy. But that doesen't necessarilly mean that he can't be a piece of Fartillery, when it's about flipping cars
