    Man. I'm the type of guy that tries to follow the "respect all builds" mantra and never look at something and say "well, they ruined a nice car to make this"
    But I'm really torn on this one, I can't tell a lie.

    It is still better than rusting away in a field or being sent to the crusher. It is also pro-quality fabrication, not some butcher with a saws-all. It is pretty cool for what it is.

    You are right Steve. And this was done at a time when these were just old/used cars. Just putting in my two cents.

    It sure is. He didn't go overboard in removing the vehicle's basic charachter, like too many so-called "customizers" tend to do. One of them is Chip Foose who attached a Ford windshield onto a '56 Chevy convertible and then changed the entire interior. To do something like that now and then is probably okay. But as these cars get scarce, maybe there should be a point to when overmods should stop
