It was either a Toyota, or a Chevrolet, owing to the fact Toyota was the biggest foreign seller and Chevrolet was the biggest domestic seller.
Probably the Ford full size wagons with over 47000 units just for the country squire in 1976. The Ford was usually the best selling wagon of any year in the 70's.
