1962 Chevrolet Corvair 95 Camper Conversion 4-Speed for sale on BaT Auctions - ending August 25 (Lot #82,549) | Bring a Trailer
I don't know about the collectibility of this particular model, but this example is giving me strong it's-gonna-require-a-lot-of-money-to-be-sunk-into-it-soon vibes. I don't know, I just get a feeling there's a lot more repair work hiding beyond the rust spots and all the camper stuff inside with this one. Gotta love that paint brush-applied paint job on the interior though! Neat enough vehicle, but I'd be very wary and I'd be looking this thing over with a very fine-toothed comb if I were interested in it.
Agree, may have been better if this Corvair had just been left alone. New owner has many hours of work to uncover true condition of that bodywork
