Don't know the cost of those fillers but the $3k asking price leaves some room for improvements. What concerns me is I did not see a description as to what does or does not work. Really like the absence of a vinyl roof. So many otherwise well cared for cars have been destroyed by the rust those tops caused.
It was also the last year that an Olds 98 actually came with a V-8 engine. This was significant because the original meaning of "98" going back to the '40s or whenever the model name was introduced was a 90-series Oldsmobile with a V-8 engine. ("88" was an 80-series with a V-8. Other models from that era included a "66" and a "76," and that's what those numbers meant. The first digit was the series, and the second digit was the number of cylinders in the engine.)
