I guess if the Marti report breaks it down then it is legit. Then again Marti reports break down almost every car to be one of one optioned exactly like the car being researched. I usually just go to the model and maybe the engine and stop there. It doesn't really add any value to me to know that my car is the only one built with the optional vunyl seat pattern, high capacity radiator, dash mounted tissue dispenser, painted green, with the six cylinder engine in 1967.

^^^ Agreed. I'd like to know how many '69 Rancheros came equipped with the 428 CJ. That would be a true indication of how rare it is.

Oh wow. I just clicked on the link. Didn't do that before. This is a SCJ, not just a CJ.

1 of 11 1969 Ranchero GTs with a 428 SCJ. Pretty dang rare. Even 1 of 183 with the CJ is pretty rare.

Probably one of the 11 fastest Rancheros ever built.

That's not what it says—it shows 11 ram air/automatic cars had the Drag Pack.

    There were 4 versions available:

    Q-code (non-ram air)
    R-code (with ram air)
    And 4-speed or auto.

Nice Ranchero! You need at LEAST a 428 SCJ to get these little trucks down the road properly!
