That interior reminds me of all the avocado green kitchens I did with my old man in the 70's.
I still have avocado green, poppy red, and harvest gold Formica flashbacks.

 

It's certainly a product of the '70s.

 

I remember back in the Summer of '74, we moved into a house here in town that had the ugliest Marigold shag carpeting. Mom declared "This'll be the first to go."

 

Still there and very pretty.

 

It is a nice-looking car. Price is a bit high but not unreasonable. He just needs to find the person who wants one of these badly enough.

 

Especially a 4-door.

 

A friend of mine's mom had one of these new but as a stripper Cougar - virtually no options but AC and AM radio.

I'm trying to convince him he needs this.

He says that Cougar ran like a scalded dog up Signal Mountain TN (Chattanooga). (Low option as it was, he says it had the 400 engine.)
