Rare interior / exterior colors for one of these....

Also, it's not really a 'Bonneville' Safari'. It's not a 'Parisienne Safari', either. It's just a 'Pontiac Safari'. Pontiac was weird with their name changes.

It's a beautiful car, beautifully photographed.

I take a tiny exception to this statement in the ad:

The first Chrysler minivans, the minivans that are considered to have started the minivan revolution and marked the beginning of the end for station wagons, the Plymouth Voyager and the Dodge Caravan, appeared for the 1984 model year. By the time of this wagon, a 1987 model, minivans had been around for three years, so it's not quite correct to say that this wagon is from the time "before" minivans. It is not.

This has been on Pittsburgh's Craigslist for awhile. I agree with Krash, you don't see too many black with gray interior color combos on the box wagons.

There is some visible scale on the undercarriage. Some of the pics also look like there may be some paint swelling near the lower trim. Maybe it's just an optical illusion or a lousy detailing on the lower half of the car. Look at it before bidding.

I do like the Pontiac trimmed box wagons.

$7600 and reserve not met? Me think the seller should have taken that $$$$$ That's about top dollar for the type, Nice looking car but whats up with the head liner? Is it missing or is it actually tan like it looks in the pictures?
