    I love this ad. Very nice for the money. All of my parents and grandparents cars had doggie damage.

    Pay the B-I-N price...

    Darn nice wagon, not quite perfect, but pretty good. Only downside I see is the somewhat small 289. Going to be inadequate if you want to do any towing. IMO, you really need the 390 in these.....

    Towing anything more than yard clippings trailer - yes 390+
    Keeping things simple: 351W is no changes bolt in.

    On the other hand if you are looking for a clean mid sized wagon for fuel economy the 289 is a good choice.

    Looks like a nice original unrestored wagon. Not many true originals left. I almost bought one just like it but the seller backed out. I don't think the 289 would be an issue.

    I'd be fine with the 289 too. Pertronix ignition, small 4 bbl, duals and a shift kit in the trans and you're good to go! That combo really wakes up a 283 Chevy as well.

    Have used entry level shift kits. Obvious improvement over factory slush.
