    Now those shades of green are a bit more agreeable. My older brother had a '77 Cordoba in those colors (even the Corinthian leather was green).

    Special paint with "magic" properties. Also know as "preservation" green :D . There were also gold and brown versions too.

    The browns I could live with. The gold was actually one of my favorite colors, and a sharp-looking contrast, I thought, with the requisite wood paneling.

    Those greens will always remind me of the avocado-green appliances everyone had back in the day.....
